The story

Cousins Muzamil Mohamad & Cassim Hanef, both car enthusiasts, have brought together a bunch of motorsport aficionados from within their family and circle of friends throughout the years of their involvement in motorsports.

Victorious in their second participation in the Merdeka Millennium Endurance (“MME”) Race 2002 under the direction of Team Manager, Rizal Abd Rashid (who later became Muzamil’s brother-in-law) the trio realised that they have what it takes to achieve something from their passion for cars.

Hisham Abd Ghaffur joined the team as their latest driver in 2007, and soon after they decided to name the team KAZZEN Motorsports, Hisham being a cousin of Rizal.

Therein, KAZZEN Motorsports, a team of young, incredibly talented and passionate cousins from diverse professional backgrounds was formed in 2007.

The spelling of the word “cousin” has been changed to “KAZZEN” just to make it fancier and modish whilst preserving its true meaning :)
